As an organization, fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace is in our DNA. As part of this commitment, we’re proud of our long-term partnership with the Canadian Association of Black Insurance Professionals (CABIP), an organization dedicated to supporting, promoting and advocating for Black professionals within the insurance industry.
Through this partnership, NFP, an Aon company sponsors CABIP at a platinum level with an annual contribution of $7,500, supporting their mission to create greater opportunities and representation for Black professionals. CABIP provides a platform for our employees to connect, learn and grow through webinars, networking events and mentorship programs.

One highlight of the partnership is CABIP’s upcoming International Women’s Day event, where Jaimie will be joined by Kizmet Moore, AVP of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging at NFP, for a panel discussion in Toronto on March 6.
Mulder emphasizes the importance of supporting organizations like CABIP, not only for the networking benefits but also for what it represents: “Our involvement shows that we care about fostering a more diverse and accepting industry. It’s essential that all employees know we’re invested in their success and wellbeing.”
