Canada Post Strike

Canada Post Service Disruption

Due to the nationwide postal strike, which began November 15, we expect delays in outgoing mail. NFP has a plan to maintain service to our customers. Please read the following information to ensure the strike does not impact your coverage.

Policy Documents

We will email your policy to you via the email we have on file for you. Please contact us if you need to update your information.

Payments

Please refrain from sending any cheque payments through Canada Post during the strike. If you recently sent a payment in the mail, please contact our Billing team to confirm whether we have received payment or to make alternate payment arrangements. If you pay your insurance premium through pre-authorized payments, these will not be affected.
