Inclusion, Belonging and NFP
Integrating Inclusion and Belonging into Everything We Do
Advancing a culture of belonging with employees, clients and communities starts with strategy, and continues with learning, acting, refining and moving forward with a belief that we are never done.
We aim to cultivate enterprise-wide systems and cultures that permeate every aspect of the business and empower all stakeholders — both internally and externally — to succeed.

Defining Inclusion and Belonging
It’s easy to say that inclusion and belonging are important to an organization. But what do these words really mean?

Living Our Values
Our strategy creates systems and cultures that permeate every aspect of the business. We’re empowering stakeholders, both internally and externally, to succeed. This requires commitment from leadership, focused action, ongoing measurement and continuous refinement.

Empowering our employees to be their best selves and drive the growth of our business.

Aligning with our client’s values, elevating services, products and solutions, promoting innovation, and offering enhanced business opportunities and market expansion by engaging underrepresented markets.

Partnering with organizations and businesses and building fully integrated alliances that effectuate change and positively impact our communities.

Helping to advance business opportunity with a vibrant Supplier Diversity Program. It opens multiple procurement channels and fosters economic growth in communities by cultivating and promoting supplier partnerships and increasing our spend with them.

Inclusion and Belonging Policy Statement
NFP seeks to cultivate an enterprise-wide strategy that is aligned with business objectives and creates systems and cultures of inclusion and belonging, permeates every aspect of the business, and empowers all employees and stakeholders, both internally and externally, to succeed.

As part of NFP's inclusion and belonging initiatives, employees are encouraged to engage, connect and get involved in our Business Resource Groups, collaborative and supportive forums where both members and their allies join with the community at large to ensure member development, enhance inclusivity and align with NFP’s business objectives.
