As NFP’s chief operating officer in Canada, Scott Saddington is focused on supporting NFP’s strategy, operations and growth across our business. Key priorities include improving client experiences, advancing operational business initiatives and platforms across the organization and streamlining processes involving compliance, marketing and management.
With over 30 years of expertise across the insurance and financial industry, Scott shares his vast understanding of domestic and international insurance, reinsurance, banking and credit markets, as well as in-depth experience in sales, underwriting, marketing, capital markets risk transfer and risk syndication to empower and influence NFP’s communities, clients and specialists. He has a proven track record of creating innovative risk solutions in North America, the Asia-Pacific and Europe across a range of industries and, as a collaborator who welcomes diverse perspectives, Scott values accountability and results.
